Tay Devito is a 22 yr old hip-hop artist and producer from the south side of Chicago. He is currently a member of The Uptown Celebrities crew which was nominated as MTVu Freshmen. He recently released his “High Roller Dreaming” project which gained him a bit of attention and now is working on a new project which is currently titled “The Concrete Rose”.
